5 simple pleasures

I got this meme from Julie.

1. Sewing. I don't know what it is about sitting at my machine, but as soon as I settle in, a sort of peace comes over me. and I get totally lost in my fabric. And whatever movie I am watching.
2. Snuggling. I'm a selective snuggler. But I like it. I miss it when there isn't someone special in my world, but sometimes, i can still snuggle my mom and my close friends. Or my Siblings. It's not a sexual thing, it's a closeness thing. If I snuggle you, I like you a lot. Or maybe I've had too much to drink.
3.Laughing. There are days when I laugh so hard I cry. there are days when I just can't stop laughing. I need more of those.
4. My bird when she's friendly (but not puking in my hand). Since Baby couldn't be touched when I adopted her, it is always a treat when she lets me touch her wings, even just lightly, because I know she trusts me. The day she willingly gets on my hand, I think I will cry.
5. My family. We're close. We don't fight, we enjoy each other's company. I am so blessed to have them.
