See a penny, pick it up...

Does this count when the penny in question is next to a public toilet? I think that when the penny is somewhere gross, you get a by on the bad luck rule, even if it's on heads.

I think it's better luck, because it was more difficult to pick it up.

yeah, well, this is the same toilet that has the jet engine, so I try not to get too close. I figure that the next person who comes along might need the luck more than I if they are willing to pick up the penny. Now if it were paper money...ok I'm a snob.
