I have been feeling very insecure about my job lately, especially yesterday nd today, so I decided that the best way for me to feel good about my position is to be very productive. Sadly, when I told my boss (borderline tearfully) that I am felling very insecure, he didn't respond. at all. I don't think he hears me.
It's hard to stay focused when you are in filing hell, but I see a light at the end of the tunnel so I am hoping that when I am done, soon, I can resume some of my normal duties and feel good about my position here again. I hope.
Meanwhile, last night at practice I went to do a push up and hit my head on the floor. I now have a tender spot in the middle of my forehead. I giggled so much I couldn't do any more push ups. which is bad because um, I only did two.

Well, if you do lose your job, that will give you the perfect excuse to move to North Carolina.
Maybe the reason your boss said nothing is because he is insecure about his job as well. Or, because as a guy, we don't know how to deal with insecurity.
Just do your job to pay the bills, and use the coffee money to pay the cards off. And, make yourself independently wealthy by promoting your soap site.

Copy the code from any of the other places that ask you to put a banner, like the one that MySpace provides, then change the image file to your image, and the file location URLs to your site.

The first part of the code:
"(INSERT LESS THAN SIGN HERE)a href="http://www.nobodylikesme.com"(INSERT GREATER THAN SIGN HERE)"
tells Explorer where to go when someone clicks on the image. You only change the "http://..." to your web site.
The second part:
"(INSERT LESS THAN SIGN HERE)img src="http://tinypic.com/4jdzn"(INSERT GREATER THAN SIGN HERE)"
tells Explorer that you are using an image file and where that image is stored. The only thing you change in this is the "HTTP://...". The rest of the code stays the same.
The final piece of code:
"(INSERT LESS THAN SIGN HERE)/a(INSERT GREATER THAN SIGN HERE)" tells Explorer that you are finished with the hyperlink code. It does not change.
